Ques. I want to know my refund, if I cancel.

Ans. we will process the refund as per the fare rules mentioned in e-ticket. In case of full refund, we will process a refund amount within 24 hours. This will reflect in your account within 3 to 4 working days.

Ques. My plans changed. How can I cancel my Cab?

Ans. If you want to cancel your cab bookings, then you need to place a cancellation request at Mybookings.EaseMyTrip.com (using desktop/laptop, mobile browser, Android or Ios apps). Please note that it will be cancelled immediately and a refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

Ques. I have cancelled my Cab with the cab provider. How will I get refund?

Ans. To cancel the cab booking, you need to place a cancellation request at Mybookings.EaseMyTrip.com (using desktop/laptop or mobile browser only).Please note that the refund will be processed as per the fare rules of the cab aggregator to your selected mode of payment.

Ques. My Cab is cancelled by the cab aggregator. What do I do?

Ans. You will also be required to cancel your booking online with us. After that, we shall process the refund as per the fare rules of the cab aggregator, to your selected mode of payment.

Ques. Is Convenience fee nonrefundable?

Ans. Currently we are not charging convenience fee.

Ques. Cab details not provided in E-ticket?

Ans. Cab details will be shared 2 hours prior to departure.
