EaseMyTrip CFAR (Free Cancellation for Any Reason) International Product Terms & Conditions
  • Age Criteria
    • There are no age restrictions for the EaseMyTrip CFAR product, making it accessible to all travellers.
  • Policy Duration
    • The policy is applicable from the date of booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Policy Claim Conditions
    • This policy applies to customers who opt for flight tickets through the official website or mobile app of EaseMyTrip.
    • The policy is available to citizens of the Republic of India who are within Indian territory at the time of policy issuance and before the commencement of their trip.
    • The policy is only applicable to International Air Travel.
    • The insurance coverage must be purchased during the same financial transaction in which the flight booking payment is made.
    • The coverage applies to the full amount spent on booking the underlying flight, subject to the terms and conditions of the booking.
    • No refund will be provided for the premium amount in case of cancellation of the policy.
  • Claim Process
    • To enjoy the benefits of this policy, users must visit the “My Bookings” page on EaseMyTrip's website or mobile app and proceed with flight cancellation at least 72 hours before the flight departure.
    • Cancellations made directly through the airline will not be eligible for the CFAR benefit.
  • Policy Exclusions
    • The product does not cover cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
    • No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled by the airline carrier.
    • The policy will become void if the flight is rescheduled from the original scheduled departure time.
    • Refunds for discount coupons or any purchased add-ons are not covered under the policy.
    • The convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
    • Airline add-ons (seats, meals, baggage) and non-airline purchases (such as insurance) are not covered and are non-refundable.
  • Additional Terms for Partial Cancellations
    • In case of partial cancellations, the customer will receive a full refund applicable for the cancelled portion of the booking.
    • The benefit can only be applied to both sectors in round-trip bookings if both are eligible for full refunds.
  • Other General Exclusions
    • Unilateral cancellation by the supplier or event organizer.
    • Abandonment of the event or no-show by the passenger.
    • Losses and liabilities arising from consequential damages.
    • Bulk bookings, cyber issues, illegal events, or governmental banning of public gatherings.
    • Refundable portions of the bookings and changes in cancellation policies by the service provider.
    • Flight rescheduling due to reasons like strikes, weather conditions, or governmental actions.
  • General Terms and Conditions
    • Any misuse or abuse of the policy by the customer or travel agent may lead to the cancellation of the offer, and EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the refund.
    • EaseMyTrip is not liable for any loss or damage due to force majeure events, flight delays, missed connections, or unforeseen changes.
    • The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
    • EaseMyTrip's liability is limited to the value of the promotional discount.
    • All other terms in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy apply to this program.
  • Jurisdiction
    • In the event of any dispute, the Courts of New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
